Waaa this was so good! I really liked how it started eerie but somehow turned fun and sweet along the way. Even with the change of tone it didn't feel jarring. This doesn't feel like a story written by multiple people! The parts with the different pairs (Hanamaki and Iwaizumi, and then Oikawa and Matsukawa, then Yahaba and Kyoutani, then Matsukawa and Hanamaki, and lastly Oikawa and Iwaizumi) all feel different but feel connected anyhow.
